The Warren County Health District (WCHD) mission: Working to build healthy communities every day. WCHD is devoted to the prevention of disease and injury, the promotion of wellness and healthy living, and the protection of the public from communicable disease. WCHD offers multiple health clinics to ensure affordable, culturally-appropriate, high-quality health and wellness services. Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care Plans & Contracted Private Insurance accepted and a sliding fee scale by income for underinsured or individuals without insurance. In addition to health clinics, WCHD offers many other programs to assist families in health, safety, and wellness.
